When we truly follow the Lord some people may not really like us.

It is a great sin to try to mix the worship of the true and living God with any other worship.

We fight from a position of victory.

If you are walking in faith, small signs are enough.

But I tell you truly, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, and there was a great famine throughout all the land;

These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Woe to you when all men speak well of you, For so did their fathers to the false prophets.

6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

18 All this newness of life is from God, who brought us back to himself through what Christ did. And God has given us the task of reconciling people to him. 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people's sins against them. This is the wonderful message he has given us to tell others.

And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.

"When you pray, don't babble on and on as people of other religions do. They think their prayers are answered only by repeating their words again and again.

And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
